First Responders face unimaginable loss and trauma, often leading to feelings of numbness and apathy. As a former police officer, I understand all too well the heavy weight of grief—whether it’s processing the death of a colleague or coping with the constant exposure to loss. My grief services are specifically designed for Police and Firefighters, as well as for those who knew and loved a First Responder who died in the line of duty or by suicide. I offer both one-on-one and group sessions tailored to address the unique challenges you face. Together, we’ll confront survivors' guilt, feelings of being stuck, trauma, moral injury, and more. This supportive space allows you to share your experiences and find healing alongside those who truly understand. You don’t have to carry this burden alone—let’s honor the fallen while nurturing your own path toward recovery and resilience.
