As a former police officer, I understand the unique challenges you face, and I’m here to guide you on your journey of personal transformation. Customized Coaching
I have always...and I mean always been into working out and taking care of my body... HOWEVER- midnights, patrol, working in areas where fast food was the only option, burnout, fatigue, mandatory overtime and just saying eff it Ima have this burger!- got me overweight and out of shape. I knew early on in my career, I had to do something to manage my weight. With proper training and eating I managed to do just that, which is why I want to help officers get control back of their bodies, feel more energized and like what they see when they put that uniform on! This customized coaching will address all these things and more! See you on the other side.
